The Victorian Seniors Festival runs from October 5 to 12, including more than 1000 free and low cost events across metropolitan Melbourne and regional and rural Victoria, and encourages older people to discover the wealth of opportunities open to them today and to become involved in healthy and active living.
The events and activities are designed to introduce Seniors to new ideas and interests they can enjoy for the rest of their lives. Accommodation is available now at Quest Shepparton. This will be a busy period in the Goulburn Valley region, so book your accommodation now to avoid disappointment.
A range of events and activities will be held in various locations as part of 2009 Seniors Festival.
